I have gel nails, get them topped up every 3 weeks and I don't have them very long, just looking nice. It's my pleasure, I don't smoke or drink much so.....

I've managed to stop biting mine at least but they need cutting again now. I tend to keep them short as they get really sharp and I usually end up cutting myself with them
